Solomon Capital hires former Quilter acquisitions director

Zoe Phillips has recently joined new advice and wealth management firm Solomon Capital as director of acquisitions and integrations.

Phillips previously worked as head of acquisitions and strategic delivery at Quilter Private Client Advisers, where she was mergers and acquisitions manager between 2018 and 2020. Prior to moving to Quilter, Phillips was founder and director mergers and acquisitions at her own consultancy, Park Square Acquisitions.  A Solomon spokesperson has confirmed that Phillips joined the company in April 2022.
