Smile, the internet bank, has signed a deal with Fidelity FundsNetwork to allow its customers to invest in funds online. With the help of Co-operative Bank's financial adviser subsidiary, customers will be able to select any of Fidelity's 452 funds through "smile invest". A variety of investments, including index trackers, geographical and ethical funds are now available from the 33 product providers linked with FundsNetwork. At least 80% of any initial commission earned from the on-line transaction will also be passed back to account holders in the form of extra units. Smile...
