Henderson New Star rebrand unveiled

Henderson Global Investors has re-branded its retail business 'Henderson New Star', following its recent takeover of the former John Duffield-led manager.

The move is the second of three main integration phases relating to the New Star acquisition - completion, brand combination and full administration amalgamation. Henderson says the complexities of uniting two different client administration systems means the full administration integration is planned to complete in early 2010. Until the integration is completed, the existing fund names will be retained and the funds will continue to be administered separately.
