BlackRock has launched the iShares MSCI Russia Capped Index fund on NYSE Arca, completing its suite of emerging market single country funds.
The ETF seeks to track the MSCI Russia 25/50 index, designed to measure the performance of equity securities listed on stock exchanges in Russia. This is a customised variation of the MSCI Russia index, created with weighting caps to take into account US regulations on investment diversification.
