Allianz has extended the range of pre-existing health conditions it will cover on its Worldwide Care international private medical insurance (IPMI) plan.
Individuals and small underwritten groups can benefit from the change and it applies to both advised and direct business. The provider has previously focused on a full medical underwriting service, but has recently begun to cover pre-existing conditions, with the possible inclusion of a surcharge.
