Jersey offers fast track alternative

Jersey plans to make further inroads into the alternative funds sector with the introduction of its 'fast track' Private Placement Fund.

Private Placement Funds are closed ended funds available to a limited number of sophisticated institutional or professional investors. Jersey Finance describes these funds as similar in scope to the existing COBO (Control of Borrowing Order) private funds, explaining that this latest fund offering is designed for ‘fast track’ approval, usually within three business days.
