Skandia International has unveiled plans to introduce a new wealth management service which will see the company make a total investment of over £21m to help re-engineer the way it works with financial advisers and customers.
Called Wealth Interactive and due to be introduced over the course of 2012, the new service is being built in response to a number of converging factors says Skandia. These include demands from advisers and investors for a more seamless interaction with product providers and changes in regulatory environments around the world. Skandia believes that Wealth Interactive represents a significant transformation for the company as it will ensure that as a business, it can respond “quickly to investor needs across multiple territories”.
