Advisory group, deVere, has been granted an Investment Adviser licence from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
This full approval for national level brokerage service follows on from deVere already holding two state licences, one in Florida, the other in New York. Nigel Green, founder and CEO, says: "(This) is a culmination of two years' continued success in the United States. We are delighted to confirm that deVere is now fully recognised and regulated at a federal level by the SEC."
