Archiving specialist Smarsh has partnered with Hootsuite to launch a social media and archiving guide for financial services companies.
The guide sets out how businesses, such as advisory practices, should manage their brand, engage customers and maintain compliance. The white paper, launched in conjunction with social media management system Hootsuite, also details how firms can implement an archiving solution, that will meet the regulatory requirements introduced by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in 2015 in its finalised guidance for social media FG 15/4 Social Media and Customer Communications.
