FCA pressed for details on pension transfer probes In the Financial Times this weekend, it seems the regulator is under pressure to disclose more information abuts its investigation into the pension transfer market after it was revealed it has opened fewer than 70 mis-selling cases in three years. A Freedom of Information request from the paper revealed the FCA had opened formal investigations into 29 firms and 38 individuals since 2018.
