Dashboard onboarding raises concern for many - poll

As the 2023 onboarding date gets closer, many industry members are still confused

The retirement industry is largely confused about pensions dashboards onboarding, according to a poll by PA's sister title Professional Pensions.

In a recent Pensions Buzz survey, a vast number of respondents admitted they are confused about onboarding ahead of the June 2023 onboarding starting point. The detailed data requirements, the amount of data to be shared on the platform, and how to deal with requirements where the necessary data does not exist were raised as concerns by a number of respondents. Others said they are unclear on staging dates, while one suggested timing is a concern as "it seems that confusion arises in conflicting information on what administrators are required to provide".
