One thing missing from both main parties' manifestos was any mention of the latest ISA that the Tories were planning to launch. The British ISA (or UK ISA as it's also been branded) didn't get a single mention in either manifesto. While it didn't get the consultation finished and legislation signed off ahead of the election, it's safe to assume that the Conservatives would push ahead with the launch of the British ISA (I can't bring myself to call it the Brisa) if they were voted in on 4 July.
