March 8 every year is the time we pause to mark both the achievements of women across the globe and their potential to be a continuing force for good in our world. Here in our financial services sector, this day also makes me think even more about how we can attract more women into the industry. It's vital that we do this, for reasons I'll come to in a bit. There's lots to do in a practical sense, rather than people like me just calling for more opportunities and career paths for women in general, and then continuing with our day job.
