It has been a busy month. Having completed the re-authorisation process under the Prime Time Financial/Keystone banner, it was good to be freed up to speak to clients again. There has been much to do to set up my processes and documentation, including templates for client agreement, engagement letters, advice reports, and so on, as well as finalising my charging structure.
