Every adviser can remember a moment when they have ‘wowed' a client - but is there a way to get that reaction from every client, every time? Absolutely according to financial planning certification body Standards International founder Michelle Hoskin.

"'Wow' becomes the norm, not the exception, when we start thinking about ourselves as businesses by design," Hoskin (pictured) told delegates at the BACK2Y conference. Around 200 financial life planners - or those considering embarking on that particular path of financial advice - came together for a unique product-provider free conference, BACK2Y, organised by Inspiring Adviser founder Paul Armson.
