The pension revolution continues. We still don't know how many people will turn their backs on annuities come April, but more pieces of the puzzle are coming together following the recent Conservative Party conference. Spelling the end for the 'death tax,' chancellor George Osborne's announcements make the emerging pension freedom reforms framework more coherent. Without question, we are moving to a system that trusts long-term savers to make sensible decisions. This is a positive, as it should encourage more people to save. It should also bolster the incentive for valuable programmes...
