Last month small and micro employers began enrolling their workers into a workplace pension with a total of 45,000 staging this year. Compared to their larger cousins, these smaller employers will likely find auto-enrolment very different. Their unique experience of auto-enrolment offers a golden opportunity for intermediaries like IFAs. Many small and micros will want help. Are advisers ready to seize the moment?
