Last month small and micro employers began enrolling their workers into a workplace pension with a total of 45,000 staging this year. Compared to their larger cousins, these smaller employers will likely find auto-enrolment very different. Their unique experience of auto-enrolment offers a golden opportunity for intermediaries like IFAs. Many small and micros will want help. Are advisers ready to seize the moment? Our research shows the vast majority of small and micro employers know that auto-enrolment is happening. It's really encouraging that 93% are aware of the reforms. ...
