The great benefit of managing a multi-manager fund is the time spent meeting talented people who invest across a diverse array of asset classes and geographies. One thing that is quickly apparent from these meetings is there is no ‘right' or ‘wrong' way to invest and no simple or formulaic method of achieving success.
