Having taken over the Thames property fund, turner, Phayre-mudge and wilkson now get their own launch

The ex-Henderson property team that upped sticks and went en masse to Thames River Capital (TR) have set up a growth and income property portfolio at their new place of work. TR Property Growth & Income Fund will be run by the three-strong team, comprising Chris Turner, Marcus Phayre-Mudge and James Wilkson. They joined TR last year to run the TR Property Investment Trust alongside another Henderson ex-employee, Joanne Elliot, who was the finance manager of the trust.
