VAM Funds has launched a sterling and euro share class for the VAM Driehaus Fund to prevent investors being exposed to currency risk.
Michael Hunt, managing director of VAM Funds, says the share classes will allow existing investors to lock in current strong dollar gains on their investment. "Whilst it is possible that there may be further movement in US dollar in the short term, we believe now is the time to lock in any currency gains for sterling and euro investors," he says.
