'Delivering Customer Focused Change' will be the focus for the next masterclass by the ifs School of Finance on Treating Customers Fairly.

In the second TCF masterclass to be held by ifs, the programme will look at key issues surrounding the delivery of TCF and the changes in both culture and behaviour which this will demand.
