Charcol, one of the UK's largest mortgage brokers, is to offer fee-free mortgage advice over the telephone.
The broker also offers free advice through its website, but will continue to charge fees for face-to-face advice services. The move means borrowers can receive fee-free advice on mortgages by calling 0800 358 5560.
