Royal London has unveiled the executive team which will lead the recently merged businesses of Scottish Life International (SLI) and Scottish Provident International.
The merger follows Royal London's purchase of SPILA, the Scottish Provident and Scottish Mutual Assurance protection businesses, as well as Phoenix Life Assurance from Pearl as part of its £4.98bn Resolution deal. David Kneeshaw, currently chief executive of SLI, has been appointed chief executive of the combined international business. Simon Pack will become international sales director, responsible for the international sales teams in Germany, Hong Kong, the Middle East and South Africa.
