Barings hires Guernsey duo

Baring Asset Management (Barings) has appointed two new staff members to its Guernsey office.

Lynne Pellegrini joins as director of business development while Graham Glass joins as senior investment manager. Pellegrini replaces Nigel Ward, who spent more than 20 years with the company, and Glass replaces John Ball, who spent more than 18 years at Barings. They report to Richard Bellis, managing director of Barings' Guernsey business. Pellegrini joins from asset manager Legg Mason in Boston where she worked as head of US private banking sales.
