Thompson takes helm at L&G Mortgage Club

Legal & General has today announced the appointment of Ben Thompson as Mortgages Director.

Thompson will take responsibility for managing Legal & General’s Mortgage Club, and will become the key contact for lenders in the club as well as ensuring advisers have access to compelling mortgage products. The news comes as L&G Mortgage Club launches a new range of fixed rate deals from Kensington. Thompson previously ran the mortgage club at Paymentshield and has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the mortgage sector. He has also worked for Winterthur Life and St James’s Place Thompson will replace John Cupis and reports to Stephen Smith, director of housing for L&G...
