CHL Mortgages launches new home loans

CHL Mortgages has launched new self-cert and full status home loans.

The self-certification home loan offers a 6.15% fixed rate until 30 April 2010. The product then reverts to bank base rate (BBR) plus 1.25%, giving a current rate of 7%. The provider offers the product up to a maximum loan to value (LTV) of 90% with a maximum £450,000 loan size, or 85% for first-time buyers to £300,000. It carries a completion fee of 1.5% of the advance. The early repayment charge (ERC) stands at 6% of the redeeming balance up until the end of the fixed rate period. The full-status home loan offers a 6.64% discount tracker, or BBR plus 0.89%, until 30 April 2010. ...
