FSCS offers online help for endowment claimants

Customers who want to make an endowment claim now have online help from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

A new online questionnaire is available on the FSCS website to help consumers who think they have been mis-sold an endowment policy decide whether the FSCS can help with their complaint. The questionnaire is designed to help speed up response times for consumers, and will automatically generate an application form for those who may have a claim.
