FSA offers online IDDs for advisers

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has launched a web based tool designed to enable financial intermediaries create their own disclosure documents

The FSA says the 'Build your own disclosure documents' tool will help mortgage firms and IFAs comply with its disclosure rules. The free online tool is designed to provide mortgage intermediaries with a template based on their circumstances for their standard mortgage IDD, lifetime mortgage IDD and CIDD disclosure documents. In the case of IFAs the tool provides a template based on their circumstances for their IDD and CIDD and menu disclosure documents.
