Derbyshire IFS announces eq release introduction deal

Derbyshire IFS, the IFA subsidiary of Derbyshire Building Society, has joined forces with Key Retirement Solutions (KRS) as part of an equity release client introduction partnership.

The deal means all Derbyshire IFS’ equity release customers will be introduced to KRS, which is a specialist equity release intermediary. Derbyshire IFS says the agreement will mean its customers can benefit from leading independent advice from an equity release specialist. Commenting on the deal, Simon Breakspear, head of financial services at Derbyshire IFS, says: “We want to make a full equity release advice service available to all of our customers as we believe it is an area that will continue to see significant growth and increased demand.” New and existing Derbyshire customers w...
