Regulatory feedback shared through REFINE

Bristol-based law firm Clarke Wilmott has a launched a free website service which encourages financial firms to share regulatory feedback on attitudes and actions towards financial advertising.

Called REFINE – which stands for Regulatory Financial Information Exchange - the site is the first such web-based service and is designed to help mortgage and general insurance companies understand what Financial Services Authority and Office of Fair Trading requirements are on compliant advertising.
