The UK non-conforming mortgage market has a further addition today in the form of what its creators call the first super-brand

Spectrum Lending is a branded lender which has been launched by three of the mortgage industry’s distribution companies: Solent Mortgage Services, The Finance Centre and em-financial. The Spectrum brand will offer a range of exclusive mortgage products jointly designed by the three companies and funded by Mortgages plc. Spectrum will off near prime, extra light, light, medium and heavy adverse credit mortgages, including full status and self-certification as well as a range of two and three year fixed rate mortgages for house purchase, remortgaging, buy-to-let and right-to-buy.
