Jupiter appoints SRI research manager

Jupiter Asset Management has appointed Ed Blamey as research manager of socially responsible investment (SRI).

He starts work on 25 February after four years as European sustainability director at flooring manufacturer Interface. He previously spent five years as UK environmental affairs manager at Toyota. Emma Howard Boyd, head of SRI and corporate governance at Jupiter, says: "Green issues have moved up the corporate agenda in the UK in the past two years and companies are increasingly keen to demonstrate their green credentials.
