Abbey launches fixed rate exclusive

Abbey for Intermediaries (AfI) will introduce a new fixed rate intermediary exclusive mortgage, available from Friday 6 March, to all of its key accounts.

The lender's 21 key mortgage partners will receive access to the two-year fixed rate product at 3.59% with a £1995 booking fee up to 60% LTV, available for both purchase and remortgage. Abbey argues that through its key accounts, the product will be available to over 90% of the intermediary market. As well as the key account exclusive, Abbey is also launching a two-year fixed rate product at 3.89% with a £995 booking fee, also at 60% LTV.
