In Retirement Services has launched a dedicated equity release referral service for IFAs to submit business online.
The new service, found a www.ifaequityrelease.co.uk, offers advisers a 1.75% introducer fee, including a 0.5% enhancement paid for cases referred by IFAs who register before the end of January 2008. In Retirement Services says the service will provide advisers with a fully regulated service, while removing the compliance burden. IFAs using the service will also be kept up to date through every step of the process via e-mail updates, from receiving the referral right up to completion of the deal.
