Leadbay has launched a service to allow mortgage brokers to make a more personal approach to possible customers.

The upgrade to the Leadbay system will allow brokers to send a personal e-mail to prospective clients shortly after entering their details into an online form. Leadbay says instant personal interaction with interested customers will greatly increase the chance of converting leads into business. The Leadbay system already sends e-mails to possible customers, providing them with basic details of the adviser who will call them, but the new system will allow brokers to add their own personalised marketing information.
