Abbey is to offer its remortgage customers a streamlined property survey services as of today.
The lender says surveys will now be instructed on the same day Abbey receives a full mortgage application online through its 'Remortgage Solution' platform. Abbey's Remortgage Solution offers a free valuation up to a property value of £2.5m while all standard legal fees are also paid.
