Abbey has made further cuts to some of its range of two and three-year fixed rate mortgages.
The lender has cut fixed rates by up to 0.1%, and has introduced a low arrangement fee for those looking to borrow £150,000 or less. Abbey’s two-year tracker for loans of up to 75% LTV is now priced at 5.89%, while two and three-year fixed rates start from 6.19%. Borrowers looking for smaller loans can also benefit from low fees, with a new fixed rate deal for loans of £150,000 or less available for a fee of £549.
