SYH Charterhouse expands equity release range

SYH Charterhouse has extended its range of equity release products as it re-launches as a total equity release specialist.

The firm has worked on making its team fully qualified to give advice on all equity release products to offer a better service to intermediaries and consumers. Michael Holt, managing director of SYH Charterhouse, says the firm can now provide advice on lifetime mortgages, home reversion and partial release products, adding FSA permissions have been changed to reflect this. “Our move to focus on equity release is also excellent news for beleaguered brokers as intermediaries who do not have relevant equity release permissions and qualifications can still gain a significant additional income...
