Edward Jones has been ranked sixth in the Sunday Times ‘Best Companies To Work For' list in the mid-sized firms category.

The ranking is based on how randomly selected employees answer a series of questions, as well as a survey on the firm’s policies, processes, services and facilities. Edward Jones currently has over 200 financial advisers and stockbrokers operating in the UK. GMAC-RFC, meanwhile, has been ranked 32nd in the league from the previous year’s 68th and is the only mortgage lender to feature. As part of its package to some staff, GMAC RFC is sending 60 employees and their partners on an all expenses paid cruise to the Baltic Sea and providing a further 15 employees with a six-week paid sabba...
