The Institute of Financial Services is to offer mortgage advisers the chance to maintain competence online.
In response to the expanding regulatory framework under the Financial Services Authority the Institute says it is moving its ongoing competency courses online to satisfy growing demand. The IFS says it is working in partnership with Absolutely Training to introduce intermediaries to its e-learning services claiming the latest industry surveys estimate that in only two years the number of compliance teams using e-learning solutions has increased by almost 200%.
