Tenet launches web mortgage advice franchise

Tenet's non-investment network, LIME, has launched a franchise deal with property website Point Five Estate Agents.

Tenet says the deal will help advisers secure new business in a falling mortgage market. The network offers its members the chance to buy the right to develop their mortgage advice business with the estate agent in a defined region, with a guarantee of no other Point Five Estate Agents competitor in that area. They also receive tools, training and support to run their business.
