ETF Securities has listed nine new Index Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) on the London Stock Exchange, providing access to a different part of the commodities futures curve.
The products offer the opportunity to gain “direct and simple” exposure to commodity futures prices linked to the Dow Jones-AIG Commodity 3 Month Forward indices. They will track 29 different individual commodities and baskets of commodities, with two different maturities available. The group said it had acted on substantial investor demand and that its new products would provide investors with more choice, as well as allowing them to implement different investment strategies.
