Investors vote to move into new Taube fund

UNITHOLDERS in The Partners fund will be able to transfer tax free into Nils Taube's new S&W Taube Global fund.

Investors will be given the chance to switch funds after voting overwhelmingly in favour of the reconstruction of The Partners fund (managed by Taube Hodson Stonex Partners-THS) into Nils Taube’s new S&W Taube Global fund. Nils Taube Investments said the option to transfer tax free should be of particular benefit to longer term holders who would otherwise be subject to considerable CGT liabilities.
