Bramdean Asset Management is to launch a fund of funds providing globally diversified investment across private equity, hedge funds and speciality asset classes.
The group is seeking to list Bramdean Alternatives Limited on the London Stock Exchange in early July through an international placing and UK share offer. It said it has chosen to launch at a time when there is significant interest in alternative investments, together with a shift in investor appetite for these investments within their portfolios. The fund will be managed by Nicola Horlick, with Cenkos Securities as the corporate adviser and bookrunner and Simmons & Simmons as its legal advisers.
