One in four Aviva with-profits policyholders are unhappy with its proposed reattribution offer, a survey had revealed.
Research for reattribution help website, www.reatribution.com, also found more than half of Aviva policyholders are unsure of the benefits of the new reattribution deal. The survey suggests Aviva has failed to convince policyholders the reattribution is in their best interests. Communication from Aviva was a problem for policyholders, with 50% feeling they had been sent an overwhelming amount of information, while 41% say they do not feel they can trust the information provided to them. Just 5% of those surveyed felt the reattribution pack provided clear and helpful information. ...
