Mortgage brokers 'must not lose sight of TCF'

Mortgage brokers have been warned put TCF first, even when business conditions are tough.

The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) says the client's needs and the principals of TCF should always be at the forefront of brokers' minds, despite the recession. NACFB claims many brokers from outside the sector, who saw commercial finance as an easy opportunity when the residential mortgage market dried up, had been forced to move out again when a lack of experience and easy credit made it difficult to make a living.
