Perspective Financial Group acquires Charles Reynolds Associates, the eleventh firm to come under the consolidation vehicle's umbrella.

Headed by principal Charles Reynolds, the firm advises on pensions, investments, and insurance for individuals as well as targeted advice with on employee benefits. Annual turnover for the IFA is approximately £1m, with funds under management of £100m and £500k of recurring income. With this latest acquisition, Perspective's annualised turnover rises to £11m, funds under advisory and management rise to over £800m, with a recurring income of £6 million.
