Arc Capital & Income's investors will have to wait even longer to get their money back after the provider went into administration.
Administrator Carter Backer Winter says it is not in a position to commence payments until the middle of March. "Due to certain technicalities, we require further directions from the Court before we can make the payments due," it says. Earlier this month, the FSA gave CBW permission to release the funds held in ACI's client accounts.
