Health Assured launches Employer Focussed PMI Policy

The new Work Assured plan is designed to reduce staff absenteeism and provide employees with private medical treatment to speed up a return to work following sickness or accident. It also includes pre-employment screening for new recruits, on-line health assessments and stress coaching tools, an employee assistance programme with eight face to face counseling sessions, unlimited access to occupational health professionals for staff with health issues and private treatment to help sick employees back into the workplace.
