Aviva increases group life free cover limits

Aviva has announced an increase in its maximum free cover limits for group life policies.

The change from £1.75m to £1.8m applies to all new and existing schemes covering 3000 or more lives that start or renew on or after 1 April. Steve Bridger, head of group risk at Aviva UK Health, says: "We regularly review our group risk products and services to ensure they reflect changes in legislation and continue to meet our customers' differing needs. "The increased maximum free cover limit available on our group life policy has been introduced to coincide with the increase in lifetime allowance from the new tax year."
